You can return an item if you notify us by email at within 14 days of delivery.  If you don't notify us within14 days you cannot return your item.

You must notify us that you want to return your item by emailing To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will notify the warehouse and email you a return number and instructions. This is needed to tie up the return to your original order.

There are various services to return items to Italy. We used to cover the cost of this but since Brexit and the change in customer import and export duties and given that we only charge a very small margin we can no longer afford to do so. We apologise for this but it is cheaper for the customer to return it than for us as a business. The cost is usually around £15. We recommend Parcel2Go, Hermes or your local Post Office

Once your item is received by the warehouse and inspected you will receive a full refund.

If the item is faulty or damaged we will arrange the return with Parcel2go and supply you a return label.

You will need to drop off at a Hermes or DHL parcel shop.

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will only arrange a return at our cost and refund if the item is faulty.. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not do exchanges as such. We will arrange a return and refund for items that are faulty..
